Thank you for sharing your health tip. Many doctors advise to do walking sports because it is better especially for those with age above 40 years. Walking is not a heavy risk. Does not release a lot of energy but it can burn fat slowly, making heart healthy. I like to walk in the morning for 15 minutes on the side street of the house, and it makes me feel fresh. thank you for sharing health tips, because we all have to care about health early on.
