Cycling, High Winds and morning Green Juice Video.

in health •  7 years ago  (edited)

So this morning I got up at 5am as usual and went cycling. The winds were unbearable and I could barely get passed 8 mph when I usually keep it consistent at 13 mph. I still powered through it and went for my full hour, I managed to get in a whole 8 miles but I feel like I went 20.

Todays weigh in is a little different and I figured it makes more sense. I normally weigh myself first thing in the morning while still in boxers. Yesterday I was so excited about writing my blog post that I just went at it fully clothed for the picture. So from now on boxers only for the weigh in.

Today I came in at 247.9lb and I am quite excited about it considering I started this journey at 260lb just 3 weeks ago and I feel great.

Now to the fun part. I will be making my regular green juice that I have for breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Handfuls of kale
  • 2 Handfuls of spinach
  • 1 Bunch of Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 Green Apple
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 Stalks of Celery
  • 1 Clove of Garlic

Here is the finished result. Absolutely delicious!

If you are interested in my juicer or my cutting mats I got these on Amazon. I highly recommend the juicer it is of the masticating kind and produces way more juice than my centrifugal Breville Juicer.

Nice job man! I have an older breville juicer and I usually juice the standard mean green machine which does not taste the best, but it is sure healthy! I did a 14 day juice cleanse once, was tough to keep going eat day, the battle was real, but I felt better than ever. Anyways good luck and never give up!
