How I train.

Today was my first real workout in a month, i was in Europe and just didn't have time or a place to workout, but now its back to normal. Back to my little gym.Today i trained chest primarily. I use the training method, "531" combined with "boring but big".
Heres what my workout looked like.

Warmup:
5 mins foam roller
5x5 pull-ups
2x10 benchpress (bar only)
2x8 benchpress (95lbs)
1x6 benchpress (135lbs)

"531" Benchpress (Main workout)
1x5 (145lbs)
1x5 (170lbs)
1x5 (190lbs)

"Boring But Big" (Strict standing overhead barbell press)
5x10 (75lbs)

Auxiliary Exercises
3x10 bent over row, overhand grip (95lbs)
5x10 single leg calf raises (bodyweight)
4x10 shoulder superset, rear delt raises/lateral raises, front raises (10lbs)

And thats it, i was done in 50 mins.
Whenever I train chest, I always make sure to do a pulling movement to balance my body. The worst thing in the world is to look like one of those guys with super rounded shoulders, a big chest and no back. Don't be a T-Rex looking guy.

I haven't had a real workout for months now, after I left where I used to stay. And it's a hassle to go to the gym and pay its monthly when it's far. HAHA
