Goes without saying but always consult a doctor if you significantly change any aspect of your diet or exercise.
If you are trying to lose some weight and burn some excess fat then I have a drink here that may help. As always before you start a new exercise program get yourself a wellness check, get a copy of the blood test and look at the areas and the range you are in in those areas. It can help you work out a better drink and meal plan that will boost what you are low in, reduce what you have in excess and lead to a better state of overall health. Being more physically active is essential too.
This drink though I've found not only nice to drink but has a serious kick to it! It's helped me lose weight.
