Every human being has up's and down's in his lifespan. I remember last year I was bedridden for six months due to my fracture in leg and I was in a very painful situation. Those days I could realize the importance of proper sleep. Sleeping is very important for our body. Sleep freshens the mind and the body's energy is rich. Many diseases are also caused by lack of sleep. A healthy person should not sleep more than 8 hours. Sleeping more than this causes many problems. In this news, we will give you information about the problems caused by sleeping more.

Obesity arises

Increased obesity of the body has a direct effect on your sleep. Your body does not burn calories while you sleep. Which increases your body weight. Many research has revealed that sleeping more is a risk for many psychological ailments.

Risk of heart disease remains

People who sleep more are at risk of heart disease. According to a recent statement by the American Heart Association, irregular sleep routines are associated with multiple cardiovascular risks, including obesity , high blood pressure, diabetes, and coronary.

Depression

Experts believe that sleeping for too long reduces the levels of dopanine and serotonin in the brain. This is why your issue remains irritable throughout the day. Getting more than enough sleep can make you suffer from depression rather than keeping your brain healthy. It has been proved in research that those sleeping more than 7 hours have more mental stress. Also, taking more than 9 hours of sleep increases the chances of depression by 49 percent.

Memory is weak

Sleeping too much affects our brains in a wrong way. This also weakens our memory. Getting more sleep plays an important role in reducing memory by weakening your brain instead of relaxing the mind.

Headache complaint

A headache complaint is usually seen in those who sleep more. This may be due to fluctuations in neurotransmitters in the brain, in which serotonin may increase during sleep, causing headaches.

Those who sleep for a long time are seen with constipation problem. To keep the stomach healthy, it is necessary to have the right body movement at the right time.

There may be a complaint of backache
