So you've probably heard about motion sickness, that feeling one gets when the motion of the sensors in one's inner ear appears to be different from the motion that's visualized. A lot of persons get to experience motion sickness on a daily basis and since you are reading this, there are strong chances that you might be one of such. Unlike kinetosis which would make your vomit, make your entire body sweat, make your stomach roll, make you feel dizzy and fatigued at even the slightest movement, whether it's related to air-sickness, car-sickness or sea-sickness. Well that motion-sickness does not just have to ruin that trip as rather than the conventional and expensive medications available such as Bonine and Dramamine, there are also far more cheaper and natural ways to reduce the symptoms of motion sickness, and that's by hacking your brain, yes hack your brain.

  • Acu-pressure To The Rescue

If you are able to place pressure on some certain circulatory points around the body, acupressure could aid in alleviating a lot of ailments. If you shut your eyes in an attempt to ward off the sick-feel sensation with every bump, turn, and motion might actually seem like a good idea, but doing this would actually be limiting your capacity to shut off your motion sickness. If you keep on focusing consciously on something, be it immediately or directly before you, probably the driver or out on the horizon, then you can trick your brain into thinking all is well.
