Here is a quick list - hope this helps.

  1. Use affirmations.
  2. User prayer, either religions or secular.
  3. Keep a gratitude journal.
  4. Meditate.
  5. Exercise (tai chi, chi gong, yoga etc..).
  6. Take a break from all the news and information overload.
  7. Listen to what you love and listen to your intuition.
  8. Share feedback with your partner or a friend.
  9. De-clutter (make a list of 10 annoyances that you haven't had tie to fix or deal with and do it.).
  10. Surround yourself with positive images and people.
