Great guide. Water, vinegar and lemon juice work wonders. I like to wash lettuce and air dry with before placing in the fridge stacked between paper towels. This keeps it crisp, fresh and ready to eat. Also the reason a lot of us wash produce before putting in the fridge is because these damn kids just run in the fridge and start eating things without washing them. This helps prevent get all the nasty chemicals out of their diet. Thank you for your post.
