When something cannot be figured logically, you follow the money and, in this case, following the money is overwhelmingly simple. Imagine having a product to sell, which could be anything really, and imagine being able to coerce or bribe all of the world's governments into forcing all of their people to buy your product AND boosters for your product every six months or so (imagine every single person on Earth being forced to buy your product). Is a bigger racket than that even imaginable??
