Today I want to share the diseases that attack the digestive tract which can be an insight for you all, maybe you've been waiting for isn't it? Diarrhea is a condition characterized by dilute his stools are issued with the frequency of bowel movements (chapter) that is more often compared to usual. In most cases, diarrhea occurs due to the consumption of food or drink contaminated by bacteria, viruses, or parasites. Diarrhea usually only lasts a few days, but in some cases extend to weeks. Diarrhea can be fatal impact when sufferers dehydrated due to losing a lot of fluid from the body. Therefore the diarrhea should not be taken lightly although this common condition.

2. Parasites

Different types of parasites that live in the water or food also causes diarrhea and become a trigger diarrhea that often occur in children. Several types of parasites that cause diarrhea are Entamoeba histolitica, Cryptosporidium, and Giardia lamblia.

3. The remedy

5. Bacterial infection

  • Flatulence and nausea as well as being uncomfortable because of frequent bowel movements.

Diarrheal disease most (75%) caused by germs such as bacteria and viruses. Diarrheal disease contagion through orofekal occurs with the following mechanisms:

Diarrhea can occur when someone uses an already polluted drinking water, either from the source is polluted, contaminated during the journey to home-home, or contaminated at the time stored in the home.   • Serve the food as soon as possible after cooking and avoid storing food at room temperature because bacteria growth can trigger diarrhea.
  • Keep home environment clean and a place of work in order not to be exposed to contamination from bacteria, viruses or parasites cause diarrhea.
  • Avoid the consumption of foods that are less clean and not guaranteed to clean.
  • Make it a habit to wash hands after performing a variety of activities. How to wash your hands right hands with SOAP or materials containing disinfectant for 2o seconds.
  • Use hand Sanitizer when traveling to prevent diarrhea-causing bacteria get into the body through the hand.
  • Avoid consuming food that has been stored in the engine coolant.
