Strong stress and poor nutrition can cause havoc in the delicate hormonal balance in women. Even healthy women who eat healthy sometimes suffer from hormonal imbalance.

Symptoms of hormonal imbalance include premenstrual syndrome, osteoporosis, weight gain, decreased libido, allergies, urinary tract infections, inflammation of the skin, fatigue, tension, water retention, hair loss and even depression.
