I am very serious about taking care of my health. I practice and test different disciplines all the time to be in good shape mentally, emotionally, physically.

I came across a guy called Wim Hof, who is an interesting man. If you haven't practiced any breathing exercises then this is something to try. It has such an interesting effect on your overall physiology. That's why he calls it "get high on your own supply". This has many health benefits, which is science-backed up. Check it out!
