I love to start my mornings with a big mug of a concoction of hot water, fresh lemon juice, ginger, turmeric and cinnamon. Works like magic!
Also, ending the day with "a golden milk" of coconut milk, ginger powder, turmeric and cinnamon really relaxes the digestive system and helps with tummy issues :) Try out, if interested!
