Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is very easy when you manage to modify your daily routine and commit yourself to another philosophy of life. Already, It is more than proven that physical activity brings benefits to our body and prolongs life expectancy.
Although sports are not for everyone because it requires certain skills to perform well in them; we can use our feet to meet our quota of physical activity. The walking learning process took us some work several years ago, so let's take advantage of that effort.
Walking, jogging and running are the most economical physical activities that can be done because only a pair of comfortable sports shoes is required and you could be doing everywhere. This dynamic can start with simple and short journeys; to then increase the intensity, duration and difficulty of the route.
I am currently obsessed with Hiit training (High Intensity Interval Training) but during my long recovery phase from my knees injured by running, I supported myself a lot in the fast walks to keep my circulatory and respiratory systems active. I really loved it because just choosing a good location, the mental rest obtained was totally satisfactory. In fact, nowadays, I try to do it as active rest on weekends to go out to release stress, drain emotions and take some sun.

My recommendations for those who feel they do not have time to do exercise but still want to move theirs bones and help them to be healthier from physical activity are the following:
· Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
· Walk at lunchtime, after having made your usual meal.
· Walk to work or get off a stop before (similar when returning home).
· Schedule for the weekend an outdoor walk or perform some errands walking.
