Monk-Fish with wild Rocket Salad

Monk-fish and wild rocket salad:

Ingredients:


65-70 gm wild rocket/ 2 pieces
1 table spoon honey
1 tea spoon coarse-grain mustard
2 table spoons olive oil
200gm fish(monkfish)
Tomato and Lemon for decoration

Method:


Cut the fish in small pieces if you want.
Wash and grill it for 12 minutes.
Put rocket in a separate bowl.
Put the remaining ingredients in the separate bowl and mix them.
When fish is cooked put it in to the rocket containing bowl and mix them.
Pour the remaining dress over it.
Decorate with tomato pieces.
Note: If wild rocket is not available used spinach instead of it
.

What is the importance of this salad?

Monkfish is a very less fattening, cholesterol and a very good source of protein. It is also rich in niacin, selenium and vitamins b6 and b12. The honey is very good to fight against a viral and bacterial diseases. While the wild rocket is one of the best source of iron and vitamins A & C, calcium and folate.
But what can you do if you are a vegetarian?
Then simply replace fish with alternative protein source.
