With just a ball and a wall I can accomplish so much. So much that I am probably going to make a video on it soon.
There are so many hidden layers to this, and angles of approach beyond what is obvious. Yes there is reaction and visual training, yes it offers fun and interesting cardio. Yet you can take it much further.
I find it awesome that two simple elements can offer so much depth!
