The most important thing for the kidneys to function properly is to maintain good hydration if you don't consume water enough tonxins and waste cannot be entirely flushed.

We all know that excess sugar is bad for our overall health. However a recent study indicated that people who consume 2 sodas daily have more urine proteins and bad kidney work.
(4). TOO MUCH ANIMAL PROTEINS:

I really like this post.
Number 10 especially applies to combination of medications!!
I disagree with the salt, the kidneys actually suffer with LOW salt. The book "salt fix" describes this very well with lots of scientific data behind it.
