18 January 2018/Day 1: 442 lbs

I have finally started my diet. Not got much of an idea yet of what I'm going to eat. Decided to start with a few days of steamed chicken and broccoli. Low fat, low carb, and low taste.

Not only have I decided to post pictures of my first days food and my current weight on the scales, but also one of my body shape that I can hopefully use later on in a before and after picture.
