body that aids the mind relax and give out a smile from the inside that helps healing take place in the body.
People with poor relationships are more likely to suffer from depression. Loneliness is also powerful enough to weaken the immune system which leaves you prone to any type of disease.

Nicole as a young girl was raised by a single mum who tried her best to give her quality education. Nicole as young as she was grew up with the mindset that all men where like her father who cheats, get drunk, gamble, return home late and eventually leaves. This affected her relationship with her friends mostly the male due to the depression she grew up with and was not always willing to let go.
Unfortunately for Nicole, she was betrayed by her friend who implicated her and got her to go to jail. What a miserable life you would say,
despite the riches acquired through her hard work, she spent all on health issues ranging from one issues to the other. All these happened because she was permanently depressed, and depression gives room for other sicknesses. If anything is to change in Nicole’s life, it’s not just the treatment of her health issues, but her depressed state.

As a matter of fact, why was life so miserable for her? If you would
judge, others go through worse after all therefore no situation is worth taking your life. For we know that good health is life. Soon she discovered she needed to let go of the pain, forgive the past and relate better. Amazingly she began to spend less on health issues.

Healthy relationships like I said in my topic guarantees good health for good health is life. Research has it that women that are divorced go through health challenges. So therefore in other to live a healthy life;
We need to avoid stress, depression, quarrel, sleepless night, and less our intake of alcohol for most people think consuming much alcohol or getting addicted to alcohol makes them forget about their sorrows and worries
