How do we maintain a good oral hygiene:

  1. Seeing a dentist regularly
  2. Brushing twice a day for at least 2 minutes
  3. Floss daily
  4. Eat a healthy diet
  5. Avoid cigarette and smoke less tobacco

Complications of a poor oral hygiene:

  1. Oral and facial pain
  2. Bad breath/ mouth odor
  3. Swollen gums
  4. Tooth loss
  5. Oral cancer
  6. Problems with the heart
  7. Digestion problems
