Big at birth and oral Polio vaccine.

Pentavelent at 1/2 month with Polio oral.

2nd dose of Pentavelent at 2 1/2 vaccine

3rd dose of Pentavelent at 31/2 month.

Measles at 9 th month

Booster dose of DPT at 1 1/2 year.

Booster dose of DPT at 5 year.
