Should We Wet the Toothbrush Before Using It?

When we wake up and before going to sleep, we will definitely brush our teeth. Before brushing your teeth, there are some people who like to wet the toothbrush with water.

Actually, the toothbrush should be dampened first or not, before use?

Not recommended
According to the dentist, we should not wet the toothbrush before use. Wetting the toothbrush before use will make the toothpaste melt. Toothpaste that melts due to water can not work with the maximum.

Soft Tooth Brush
So that toothbrush brush does not hurt the gums, use a soft toothbrush. A soft bristled toothbrush will be more comfortable when used, though not wetted first. Toothpaste that has not melted because of water can also work more leverage.

What If Stay Weted?
If we feel weird, we may wet the toothbrush with water. However, just a little wet, not to overdo. As already mentioned above, too much water can make toothpaste does not work optimally.

Brushing Right
Most importantly, we must brush our teeth properly. If we brush it roughly, the dirt on the teeth will remain attached. We also do not need to use mouthwash before brushing your teeth. Mouthwash should be used during the day, when we can not brush our teeth after lunch.

Such is my advice. Thank you very much.

Nice to know. I usually wet my toothbrush. I better not do it any more, to get the most out of the toothpaste.

It's a small but important thing for us to do. Thank you very much for visiting my blog

A small but important detail, thank you!
