Atherosclerosis is an extremely dangerous symptom. They are a major cause of conditions such as kidney failure, stroke, and heart attack. Atherosclerosis is a condition in which the arteries of the heart are hardened. The thickening of the arteries may be due to excessive accumulation of calcium or cholesterol in the blood vessels, resulting in loss of flexibility or elasticity of blood vessels.

Atherosclerosis can lead to serious health risks if not treated properly. The main cause of this disorder is a poor diet. In addition, there are other causes such as smoking, obesity, malaria, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes and high blood pressure. Some of the symptoms of the disease include leg pain and cramps, leg numbness, kidney disorders, high blood pressure, and memory impairment. Atherosclerosis mainly affects the legs, aorta, kidneys, and abdomen. This disorder usually starts in childhood and progresses with age. Beetroot juice helps prevent atherosclerosis. This water acts as an inorganic calcium-depositing agent, which cleans the arteries. It also increases the amount of hemoglobin in the body, thus enhancing blood circulation in the body.

Grape seed extract

Grape seed extract is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C. It is also a rich source of vitamin E, which improves blood circulation and reduces cholesterol. It can prevent blood clots and heart disease if used regularly.
