Water is surely the best beauty and health booster!!

Well...I so often get asked...

"Fabian, what is actually the easiest and most healthy method to do something really good for my skin?"

Now here's my answer:

It's really the amount of fresh (and best: not sparkling) water you consume during a day!

I guess you've already heard that dringing water is so important for you. So I'm not gonna spread a roman heare but I will indeed give you a short overview of the most important things about drinking water.

First of all:

I truely believe there's no "one fits all" solution out there concerning the amount of water you need to drink daily. But I received many reports of people and read many studies about this topic so I can say a good and healthy amount is around at least 2 litres per day!
If you want to be really sure you can even drink 3 litres, which should be even more healthy in the end. Drinking more than 3 litres in my opinion won't have a more positive effect. It even could have some disadvantages like you need to hurry to toilet more often ;-) and much more important: the gastric acid in your stomach can dilute so the nutritions can't get in your body as effecively any more.

ANYWAY, these are the reasons WHY water is so important for your health and beauty:

  1. Water is a percet helper for detoxing your body
  2. We consinst over 70% of water and 60% of that water is stored in our cells and 30% of it around them (and you all know that the human skin is the biggest organ we have in our body -> so, the skin is affected the most if water is missing!)
  3. These to points above (1. and 2.) lead to the point that the greatest reasons for wrinkles are a lack of water and a lack of cells.

NOW, here are my personal tips for you to "learn" to drink enough water for your daily beauty booster:

1. Note your daily water consume
There are many really good apps out there which can track your water consume quite well. They can be found in any app store.

2. Use your alarm clock
Your alarm clock can be a perfect helper here. My method is as following:
-> Set at least 8 clocks (i.e. while you're working in the office), every hour one clock. Now set a bottle full of water and a glass (250ml) next to your desk or on your desk. The clocks ring every hour and remind you to drink one glass of water. The result is great because when you are going to leave the office you already drank at least 2 litres of water!

3. Use pin notes as reminders
You can place some notes somehwere which you think might be a good stategic place to be reminded. They should also be visible for you.
Extra tipp: Change them every two weeks! Otherwise you are in danger of overseeing them because you get used to them.

4. Really get used to it!
By saying you should really get used to it I mean: Psychologists say it takes around 66 days to get used to something new. So, even if you think it won't work -> JUST DO IT!!! I promise, you WILL GET USED TO IT but it takes time for our mind. Give this time to youself, your body and your soul will appreciate!

So, these are my tips so far, I hope you can find something worthy in it. Stay tuned for more stuff,

One Love
Fabian
