Why Hydrogen

The bottom line is that Hydrogen and Hydrogen Rich Water Heals the body in ways science is just beginning to explore and understand. We have an over abundance of Oxygen (and yes we need Oxygen to live), yet too much oxygenation of our systems begets many health risks and issues. These can include acidic and free radical buildup within our bodies to yield an environment conducive to cancers, tumors and aging. Hydrogen has been should to control and sometimes reverse the ravages of these diseases.

Hydrogen is now understood to be one of the best Antioxidants for the human as when high amounts of Hydrogen are present in the body, fewer acids and free radicals are formed. The body also uses Hydrogen to get the energy to form ATP (adenosine triphosphate; a nucleotide found in the mitochondria of all plant and animal cells. It is the major source of energy for cellular reactions, this energy being released during its conversion to ADP), which supplies energy to every cell in the body. Iin fact if the body doesn’t get enough Hydrogen from water or other sources, it then breaks down carbohydrates into CO2 and Hydrogen. It is the incomplete breakdown of carbohydrates that then cause acids and free radicals to form and build.

Hydrogen has been found to not only energize the body, a study has found Hydrogen-Rich Water is enhancing Athletic capabilities, and is the best source of hydration for the Athlete (with no crash). Hydrogen also plays a crucial role in the mitochondria making ATP for all your energy needs. The Mitochondria are referred to as the powerhouses of the cell as these important organelles transform the simple sugar glucose, into molecules of the energy rich ATP. What is amazing is that mitochondria can convert a single molecule of glucose into as many as 38 molecules of ATP. This allows your cells to disperse greater amounts of energy than they take in.

By nature, from the onset, hydrogen is essential to human life. Without adequate H20, man can not survive for any reasonable length of time substantially. And of course water is the cheapest and most available source for H20.

Hence, let's keep enjoying natural H20-Rich water always.

It does not occur naturally in our bottled or tap water, there are processors to develop greater hydrogen levels. Babbling brooks have greater Hydrogen levels than reservoir or still water sources.
