Hello guys i am going to share a simple potato french fries recipe with all of you
Vegan Gluten Free French Fries

Ingredients

2 tbsp. Olive Oil

Pinch of Sage

Pinch of Thyme

3-4 Fresh Parsley Leaves

2-4 Large Potatoes

1 miniature Garlic Head

Pinch of Salt

Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 375⁰F.

Bring 5 cups of water, a tablespoon of olive oil, and a pinch of salt to a boil in a large pot.

While you wait, peel (optional) and hand cut the potatoes to your desired thickness. Remember, the thicker the fry the longer the baking process.

Boil the potatoes for around 5 minutes, then remove them and place them on a baking sheet. Be sure to use parchment paper so the fries don’t stick. Season with sage, thyme, parsley, garlic, and salt. Drizzle another tablespoon of olive oil over the potatoes evenly.

Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the fries to ensure even cooking on both sides. Bake for another 10-20 minutes, depending on the desired crispiness.

Add your favorite condiments (I personally love ketchup and barbecue sauce) and enjoy!

Oooohh maybe if u cut it in a circular size this will be the Lays potato version of yours, it's in the name @lays hehehe. But I just knew now that we need to boil the potato before cooking it or it's optional?I'm confused in here. I thought all we need is to cut the thin size then fry it hahaha. Steem on!
