Another remedy that has worked well for a friend of mine who used to get kidney stones is the herb Chanca Piedra (Phyllanthus niruri). It dissolved a stone he had. He now takes a maintenance dose of 1 pill/day and he hasn't had another stone in 3+ years. And it is relatively inexpensive.
