  6 Tips to avoid high blood pressure

 You've probably heard about high blood pressure at some time. Being a cardiovascular disease that favors the onset of other diseases, such as diabetes, heart attacks, strokes, among others.

  • 1. Eat healthy. To maintain a good state of health, eating healthy is important. Avoid exaggeratedly grotesque portions, abundant in fat and salt. Have a balanced diet, with vegetables, grilled meats, a serving of carbohydrates. Snacks with fruits. 


  • 2. Avoid sedentary lifestyle. One of the main problems of this generation is that it spends more time near the computer or the television. Perform daily physical activity, walking 45 minutes a day is a good way to keep the body in shape. Jogging, running, swimming are recommended activities. 


  • 3. Say NO to tobacco. The habit of smoking cigarettes or tobacco, is one of the vices most harmful to health. It not only affects the lungs, but also the blood vessels, deteriorating them causing a deficit in the blood flow within the arteries and the heart, which eventually develops hypertension. 


  • 4. Do not stress. Avoid stress, living under stress is continuously shown to be harmful to health, since it releases hormones that produce counterproductive effects in our body. Look for recreational activities such as yoga, outdoor games, entertain yourself with some interesting reading. Basically, take some time for yourself and do not think about the worries you may have at any given moment. 


  • 5. Avoid excessive consumption of alcohol. Daily consumption of large amounts of alcohol causes damage to blood vessels. However, it does not mean that you must completely eliminate alcohol. Studies indicate that a glass of wine daily has beneficial effects on health. But you should avoid excessive consumption. Drink sporadically and in moderation. 


  • 6. Timely medical check. It never hurts to go to a doctor's office once or twice a year even though you feel totally healthy. There are silent diseases and therefore an early diagnosis gives a better prognosis.

Probablemente has escuchado alguna vez sobre la hipertensión arterial Siendo una enfermedad cardiovascular que favorece la aparición de otras enfermedades, como la diabetes, los infartos al corazón, los accidentes cerebrovasculares, entre otras. 

Por eso, en este post te enseñamos 6 consejos para evitar el desarrollo de la HTA.  


  • 1. Come Saludable. Para mantener un buen estado de salud, comer sano es importante. Evita raciones exageradamente grotescas, abundantes en grasas y sal. Ten una dieta balanceada, con vegetales, carnes a la plancha, una porción de carbohidratos. Meriendas con frutas. 


  • 2. Evita el sedentarismo. Uno de los principales problemas de esta generación es que pasa más tiempo cerca de la computadora o el televisor. Realiza actividad física diaria, caminar 45 minutos al día es una buena forma de mantener el cuerpo en forma. Trotar, correr, natación son actividades recomendables. 


  • 3. Dile NO al tabaco. El habito de fumar cigarrillos o tabaco, es uno de los vicios más perjudiciales para la salud. No solo afecta los pulmones, sino también los vasos sanguíneos, deteriorándolos causando un déficit en el flujo de sangre dentro de las arterias y el corazón, lo que a la larga desarrolla la HTA.  


  • 4. No te estreses. Evita el estrés, vivir bajo estrés continuamente está demostrado que es perjudicial para la salud, ya que libera hormonas que producen efectos contraproducentes en nuestro organismo. Busca actividades recreativas como yoga, juegos al aire libre, entretenerte con alguna lectura interesante. Básicamente, tomate un tiempo para ti y no pensar en las preocupaciones que puedas tener en un momento dado.  


  • 5. Evita el consumo excesivo de alcohol. El consumo diario en grandes cantidades de alcohol, causa daño en los vasos sanguíneos. Sin embargo, no quiere decir que debas eliminar completamente el alcohol. Estudios indican que una copa de vino diaria tiene efectos beneficiosos para la salud. Pero si debes evitar el consumo excesivo. Bebe en ocasiones esporádicas y con moderación.  


  • 6. Cheque médico oportuno. Nunca está de más ir a consulta médica una o dos veces al año a pesar de que te sientas plenamente sano. Hay enfermedades silenciosas y por lo tanto un diagnóstico temprano otorga un mejor pronóstico.
