It is a famous saying that Age is just a number. However, in today’s world of unhygienic hybrid food products, this is just a myth. Age is not only a number but an alarm for you to recycle your body mechanics in a proper functioning manner.
In this article, we will discuss as to how important is it to be fit with simultaneous, timely diet.

With the junk food gaining momentum, we all are aware as to what kind of food are we making our body accustomed to. In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, we miss to give a balanced diet to our body and then suffer from numerous health problems.

Eating junk food is not a crime but eating in bulk and regular munching is. Now it is assured that it is complicated to stay away from the lavish junkies around. But we can surely maintain our fitness by regular exercise to help our body digest that food.

Apart from fitness, eating timely and not skipping or replacing proper meals by junk food become our priority.

Let us discuss quickly a fitness routine that you can maintain in your busy life along with the timely meals:

  • Wake up early to breath in the fresh air and take a brisk walk for at least 30 minutes.

  • After returning from a walk, drink green tea or a healthy drink instead of a regular dose of coffee.

  • Maintain a timely schedule of your breakfast, lunch & dinner to make your body accustomed to that proper diet.

  • In between, if you eat any junk food, always remember to take a 15 minutes’ walk down the lane to recover your body mechanism.

  • Drink lots of water to keep your body hydrated and increase the digestion capacity of your body.

  • While eating meals do not munch in a hurry and try not to drink water while eating, this reduced your digestion capacity.

People are under the myth that hardcore gym will give them health goals. However, they tend to forget that there is no substitute for walking. A brisk walk of 30 minutes with appropriate diet can work wonders for you.

In case you do not get time early morning to go for a walk, you can always choose to walk during the night time, quickly after the dinner.

Additionally, always try to eat 2 hours before going to sleep. This gives time to your body to digest food.
You should always take heavy breakfast and light dinner.

The reason is during night time our metabolism rate decreases which can cause low digestion and hence acidity issues in the next morning. This will lead to health issues.

The main mantra of life is eating healthily, stay fit and keeps walking. Junk food is just a substitute food for your hunger and not the real food that your body requires.

Eating junk food once in a while is not a crime, the main thing is to exercise, eat heavy breakfast and lunch but dinner should be lighter of all...setting up small goals to walk around 10000 steps daily will also help in improving the health...cheers @mann
