Slimming World
Hi all,
I'm a bit slack when it comes to writing blogs. All day long I think about doing it and when it comes to it, my mind goes blank. So, I'm going to try again and be super dedicated this time.
I've been in Fitbit competition all week with family and work colleagues. I went to the gym 3 times! Which is a 'pat on the back' for me as again, its finding the effort to do it. I've figured that if I want to change, body and mind, I have to make a commitment to myself and stick to it. If I'm truly not committed then I am only letting myself down. It is 100% a mind over matter thing, and at the moment I am definitely feeling committed.
Breakfast
Bacon Roll (not fat) with 1tbs of Ketchup - 1 syn (I think) with a small wholemeal roll (Healthy B)
Update
I've completely cut Dairy out of my life. Apparently it will help my acne, I'm yet to see a change. So, I started drinking 300ml of Soya (Health A) but I hated it so switch it up to Oat... Milk? - 300ml (Health A). Bloomin lovely!
I drink a lot of tea/Coffee. I'm not sure why but I absolutely cannot live a day without either a tea or coffee.
##Lunch
I had a Tuna salad for lunch, the tune has got to be either in Brine or Spring water for it to be free on your slimming plan.
As I was unable to have the 'Lighter than Light' Mayo on my salad as it contains cream powder (milk), I used balsamic vinigar as a dressing.
Dinner
I had a bit of a fishy day. Salmon and chips for Dinner. Covered in chili flakes and with slimming world chips. Again with Ketchup - 2tbs and half a lime.
My Fitbit tracker
All together I had around 3 syns and surprisingly I wasn't hungry all day, and very happy with my step count. SMASHED IT!
