Hugging and being touched is fine

And to be honest, nothing is more wonderful than hugging into the arms of someone you love πŸ’‘
But sometimes there is no one around who can put an arm around you if you need it
Then it is good to know that you can give yourself that big hug no matter where you are
And you do not have to wait until you need a reason for it
So why won't give yourself a daily healing hug?

  • By hugging yourself you come into the here and now
  • Hugging yourself ensures that you accept yourself as you are
