I have been trying to lose weight for 5 years now. I have lost a few pounds here and there but never enough to make a difference. I am 5' 8" tall and weigh 140 pounds. My goal is to loose 10-15 pounds by the end of this year.
So, here are my tips:
Eat less carbohydrates and sugar
Fast in the morning and eat only 1 or 2 meals a day (your body will burn more fat when fasting)
Eat more vegetables and fruits (they are full of vitamins)
Eat high fibre foods (to fill you up)
