All you have to do is to learn to count all that you are thankful for and remind yourself that there are people that would trade their problems for yours in an instant.

Challenges can be all-consuming and it seems the more you think about them, the worse there get. Focus on something else that makes you come alive than those that makes you cry or feel neglected.. invest more on that hobby, take yourself out or with friends, don't try satisfy everyone but learn to satisfy yourself. Take a child to the park, go to movies, create time to free yourself from the hustle and thuzzle...
** Call upon Friends**
Socializing with friends either physical or virtual creates a positive effect on the well being. Reach out to friends and let them know what you are going through. You'll feel less alone and a sympathetic listener with a kind word is sometimes all you need to cheer up when faced with circumstances that are not pleasant.
* * Learn to Laugh**
Laughter is as much of an emotional release as crying. Give yourself permission to laugh. Come on.... Its free of charge. Even when times are rough, Find that one isolated moment that is funny regardless of the terrible big picture.

Don't try to be the hero every time. Mostly know that you may be able to change the future but not the past. Better to live in today for tommorow thank been in the past( yesterday). If you' ve lost a job, know that particular job is gone. When you try to undone what is done, you are set for more stress. Accept what you can't change and take action what you can.
**Connect with your inner spirit**
Meditation most times ease out the stress. Prayer and meditation creates an inner confidence on who ever is willing to use the inner power. Once you can connect with your inner spirit, you can control what ever comes your way. The material world has more limitation.

You drain your spirit when you dwell in the hurts of the past. Let go of anger, revenge and hurts only then will you enjoy a new positive experiences. Its easy to feel defeated and sorry for yourself because you were not able to achieve your goal but note that how you react to it matters a lot.
