Green Juice - Healthy living

I tried this myself and lots of benefits. Every year i suffer from severe cold, cough and none this year after taking green juice daily :-)

Ingredients:

1/2 bunch cilantro
i cup spinach
2 cups kale
1 cucumber
ginger- small piece
garlic - 3 pieces
1 lemon

Wash all the vegetables and blend in the blender and enjoy the healthy drink every day morning!!!!
