Your Grandmother was right! The breakfast not only gives you energy to start your day powerfully, but it has a lot of health benefits.
New study made by Harvard school for Public Health found out how important is the breakfast for our health, especially for our heart and blood vessels.
The Researchers have discovered: People who regularly skip their breakfast, especially men, have about 27% bigger risk to have heart attack or death connected with some heart diseases than the other who never skip the breakfast.
People who skip their breakfast are more likely to gain weight. They usually feel bigger Hunger and eat more food during the late night. That changes the way their metabolism works which can end up with heart diseases.
So, what you should remember is: “The breakfast is very important”. It affects your metabolism, your growth, health, beauty and of course, your day! Think twice, skip never.

Agreed! It's a very important meal! I haven't skipped breakfast in years, but as a teenager, I never used to eat breakfast at all. And I can definitely see the tangible health benefits from keeping this meal in every day. Especially when it's a meal filled with whole foods and lots of protein. Cheers!
