Statins are the cure for which there is no known disease. Cholesterol is NOT a disease; it's one of the most important substances in the body. Your brain is mostly cholesterol. Your sex hormones are built from cholesterol. Low cholesterol is strongly associated with depression and an increase in all-cause mortality.

Statins reduce the quality of life AND increase all-cause mortality.
