    Hi @neybel, welcome to Steem :) You were not the target of flags here. The @partiko account left an automated message welcoming you and advertising their Android ap. Someone else feels that this sort of automated commenting is "spam" and has flagged the comment left by @partiko. It has nothing to do with you. Cheers
