All the benefits of programmed physical activity on health are very well known; however, it is important to understand, that this physical activity can not be "checked" our health status in an objective manner, which can be found with the appropriate conditions that are totally preventable. In patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, or others, physical exercise is part of pharmacological therapy, but it is also important to do a medical check-up every 6 months, in order to monitor cardiometabolically your body, and prevent the development or aggravation of ischemic heart disease, for example, or another metabolic disorder. If you do not have any disease, and you take an exercise regularly, at least once a year, you should go to the doctor, the indicator of a series of studies to rule out any silent pathology, that is, until then it has not been any symptom. Remember, prevention is much cheaper, avoid unexpected situations that let you leave a sequel, and in the most dramatic cases, death. Do not expect to have any symptoms to go to your doctor. Do not forget, take care of your body, have exercises in a responsible way.
