Water, especially pollutant free drinkable water will assure the body stable purification.
We have so many health issues these days that simple solutions often are perceived as inappropriate unfitted to bring back what once was balanced.

I have tried to keep my water consumption above tree litres per day and no mixture of liquids such as soda or alcohol.

Have you got difficulties to access drinkable water in the part of the world you are currently living ?
Do you think that persons who rather choose alcohol than partially clean water are in less trouble health situation or worst one?
