Ever heard of the phrase, you are what you eat?I am sure you are drooling over the beautiful lady' s photo above...lol. Keeping fit is demanding.Trust me, loyalty to the rules are often abridged,cheating ourselves in the process.

For most people, their middle section tends to be the problem area, and although exercises like side crunches, and lunge and twists, will aid in achieving your goal of a flatter stomach, what you eat is very material.

There are certain foods to avoid if you want to prevent bloating and inflammation. These include alcohol like beer, foods filled with sodium which increases water weight — this could be a major culprit when it comes to bloating — and processed and fried foods are high in trans fats are linked to inflammation and increased belly fat.

  1. Almonds are a great snack when you’re on the go. They are filled with monounsaturated fatty acids, fiber, Vitamin E, and magnesium, which helps to regulate blood sugar and thus prevent cravings and overeating.

  2. Yogurt as a drink, has beneficial probiotics, “which help balance microflora and prevent bloating.” It is also filled with protein( body building agent ), and helps keep you full for long time.

  1. Cucumbers are low in calories.and have a high water content. They contain the flavonoid antioxidant quercetin which reduces swelling, and therefore helps prevent bloating, making this is a fantastic snack especially for weight loss aspirants.

  2. According to a report, blueberries are filled with antioxidants and research has linked eating this fruit to less abdominal fat, as well as improved glucose control. Seafood, especially fatty fish like salmon, is high in omega-3 fatty acids and helps promote fat burning. It slows digestion, prevents cravings, and is also an excellent source of protein. Water melon and pear is highly recommended.

  3. Citrus fruits like grapefruit, mandarins, and lemons are nutritious and rich in vitamins, including Vitamin C. They are also rich in plant compounds and have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.They are also instrumental to skin glow and prevention of undue skin dryness.

  5. Bananas are a fruit packed with vitamins and minerals, including potassium, but they have another benefit when it comes to a flatter stomach and this is in appreciation to their resistant starch, which digests slowly.

  6. If you find you feel particularly bloated, then drinking peppermint tea, or green tea could help reduce swelling. Green tea is filled with antioxidants which can help combat inflammation. It helps with weight loss generally.

Discipline is the real deal. No matter how much exercise you do, the foods you crave for are the ones solely agsinst that dazzling figure you desire. You should be able to hold tenaciously to that mental picture you hope to achieve in the long run and adhere strictly to the rules therefrom.
