Well as one can see it is very healthy to eat kale 3-4 times a week,you see also kale is high in fiber too which helps with your digestive tract plus will help to keep you from getting constipated plus kale had vitamins B and C which help your body absorb iron,and all this helps to give you energy from your food plus kale has some nutrients to help your eyes like lutein and zeaxanthin and studies have found that people who eat foods with them have a much lower risk of macular degeneration and also cataracts too plus kale just may help you to lose w few pounds also because of kale low calorie and high water content plus kale is very easy to add to your diet also like salads or make a snack and put some ertra virgin olive oil on them or like avocado oil then bake until dry or do like i do put the kale in your smoothies very good that way too.
