Well you see there so so many benefits of spices that we all should be using every day for our good health but most people wait to there is something wrong first,and most do not get a second chance,thats why i really believe we should be using all these great spices in our cooking,make your food your self stop going out to eat they put so much crap in the food and to much salt they put salt in everything.Well here is Horseradish which believe it can help to increase urination and reduce inflammation ,plus helps to stimulate your digestion and also boost your immune system it can do all this because of its antioxidants content.
