I don't know about eggs for a cleanse. Especially your run of the mill cheap super market eggs.

A lot of people would agree to skip eggs for a cleanse or detox. We would not recommend standard eggs at all, but we raise our own chickens and it is a different story with them. It's of course a personal choice, but it is worth noting that while eggs don't specifically feed candida, they do feed other viruses that contribute to candida overgrowth.
