The most simple idea to use these herbs is.. make tea!
Nice list of herbs! I personally use dandelion. I collect them in the spring and chop off their yellow heads.
Heads need to be cleaned form insects and little bugs.
Then fill a pot with 2 L of water, put 0.5 kg sugar, and ALL collected and cleaned HEADS. Boil it all until the fluid will gets dense.
Now you can drain the mixture off. You'll get a syrup that it is very good also for stress (very sweet), headcold, running nose or even sore throat.
It looks almost like honey :) The ingredients may vary depending on one's preferences.
