Basil is one of my favorite herbs as well. It reminds me of summer. I wasnt aware of all of the health benefits associated with it though. That's good to know. I try to grow basil each spring summer but I always have trouble with it. I cant figure out why though because I know it's an easy to grow herb. Mine always wants to flower super early which makes it go bitter. I try to trim it before it flowers but then it gets scraggly lol. I haven't figured it out yet

Wow I just planted a new batch of Basil in my garden, from seed am waiting for them to germinate. I thought it was one of the essential oils I didn’t have but just checked and I do have some. Since I am suffering from bursitis at the moment I am going to try some to relieve my pain. Working tomorrow so will check out its efficiency. Thanks for the tip.🙏
