Uh, yeah. Food from a polluted sea is just going to pollute your body. Our bodies have enough challenges dealing will all the stuff we inhale every day. Give it a break already! lol. And you know those businesses that produce animal flesh to increase their bottom lines? Your optimal health is the farthest thing from their corporate minds.

(3) Eat more fresh raw fruit
(4) Eat more fresh raw or cooked vegetables
(5) Drop the dairy
