Skipping meals might make you put on weight, a study by the University of Athens found.
The study presented at this year's annual meeting European Association for the Study of Diabetes in Lisbon claimed that it is better to eat frequently to keep your weight in check.
The study involved 47 obese individuals half of whom were asked to eat 3 times a day while the rest ate 6 times a day.
