According to Harvard Medical School, there is no scientifically valid evidence that drinking coffee will stunt your growth! Few drinks have been more extensively scientifically studied than coffee, and many of these studies have shown coffee NOT to be a cause of serious disease, including cancer and heart disease.

Furthermore, research has linked coffee to a REDUCED risk of type 2 diabetes, stroke, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, liver disease, and certain cancers! Drinking coffee certainly can cause insomnia and a temporary elevation in blood pressure in some people. It also must be noted that excessive coffee consumption (six or more cups per day) has been linked to fertility problems and miscarriages.
