Causes include, lack of sleep, rubbing your eyes too harshly, stress, enjoying the digital life too much, or even sleeping on your stomach. But the good news is that, you can easily get rid of dark circles easily with natural ingredients. Let's take a look at them.
Coffee Eye Mask:
#1.Coffee
Coconut oil
Mix 2 tbsp of coffee powder and 1 tbsp of coconut oil. You can adjust the quantity for forming a thick paste. With a small facial brush, apply the mask under your eyes. Leave it on for 20 minutes and wash it off with water. Use this mask twice or thrice a week. This eye mask also helps in getting rid of eye bags.
#2.Baking Soda
Hotwater
1 tbsp of baking soda and 1 tbsp of hot water (not too hot). Mix them well. Take a cotton pad, cut them in the shape of a crescent moon. Soak the cotton pad in the mixture and place it under your eyes. Leave it on for 20 minutes and rinse it off and Apply a good moisturizer. Repeat twice a week.
#3.Coldmilk
Cut a cotton pad in the shape of a crescent moon, dip it in the milk and place it under your eyes. Leave it on for 20 minutes and wash it off. Repeat every alternate day. If the cotton pad warms up too soon, dip it again in cold milk and place it back under your eyes.
#4.Cucumber
Take two cucumber slices and place it over your closed eyes for 20 minutes. This is very relaxing and also effective in removing under eye bags and dark circles. You can do it every alternate day. Do make sure, the cucumber slices are thin, so that they cover your whole eyes.
