He eat so much that he developed a pot belly, his stomach grew the more everyday and he was just fine by it.
Until one faithful day, he saw a girl that he liked and immediately he got close to her, she looked at him and said, please why is your stomach this big, I do not get close to people like you.
That was the most embarrassing day of his life, no one has ever insulted or humiliated him that way. After the Lady insulted him,he started looking for different ways to reduce his belly fat.
He asked for advise from people and he searched out for different exercise routines that will help him burn belly fat, he adapted very fast to the exercise that will reduce belly fat and he did it constantly.
The only difficult aspect, was the fact that he had to reduce the quantity of food that he consumed, he had to consume less to gain a better structure of stomach and to obtain the perfect shape he desired.
At the end of some months, after going through vigorous exercise and taking minute quantity of food, he was able to finally obtain the flat stomach he desired.
